Job Description: As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our properties. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair requests, and ensuring that all properties are safe and well-maintained. You will work closely with the property management team to provide high-quality service to our residents and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.

Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations

Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed in compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Collaborate with property managers and other team members or tenants to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.

Manage and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

Provide excellent customer service to residents and tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to garden maintenance, groundskeeping, and landscaping. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
We cover landscaping & snow removal in Lehigh & Northampton Counties. Our shop is located in Bushkill Township.

Duties:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with garden maintenance, including planting, weeding, and watering

Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing

Help with tree trimming and pruning

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew Chief to join our team. The Crew Supervisor will oversee a team of groundskeepers and landscapers, ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.
